Maintenance

A.R. Jubaili & Co. currently houses the biggest maintenance center in the country, providing 24-hrs. high-standard after sales services to all of its customers. Its fully equipped workshops together with its teams of highly qualified engineers and skilled technicians, geared with the latest repair tools and electronic diagnostic and testing equipment, assist in supporting all kinds of services to better serve its customers.
In addition to the service manuals, our teams of engineers can also assist you with on-site support for properly operating and handling the machines according to the manufacturer's recommendations.

Spare Parts

ARJ operates a large Parts Departments, located at each of its sales outlets, which provides genuine spare parts, lubricant sales, and warranty services.

ARJ recommends the use of genuine spare-parts and its Lama high quality lubricants to ensure warranty coverage and maintain efficient operation and longer life of the generating sets. The use of alternative non-genuine parts might result in damaging the machines and causing high additional repair costs.

ARJ's Parts Departments are fully equipped with internet-based inventory processing systems and parts identification systems that ensure accurate availability, punctuality, and efficient orders' analysis.

ARJ's parts storage facility, with high standard packaging and handling systems, ensures high availability and large stocks of spare parts. In cases involving rare demanded items that are not usually available in stock, the parts would be air-freighted from F.G. Wilson's strategically located warehouses, to ensure that the generating sets would be functioning again in the shortest time possible.

ARJ Rental Services

In addition to sales of generating sets, ARJ is capable of providing gensets for the rental market as well. ARJ Rental Services, an integral department of the company, has a large fleet covering a comprehensive range of generating sets. The company offers several rental programs to choose from; from a daily, weekly, to monthly basis. The generating sets are all equipped with sound proof canopies as standard, and as an option the company supplies cabling, fuel tanks, and automatic transfer switches. Upon demand, ARJ is also proficient to provide its technical teams to accompany the gensets around the clock to provide assistance whenever needed.
